Return Eligibility
Returns can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
- Products purchased during special sales, clearance events, or promotional offers may not be eligible for return unless received damaged or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging.
Return Process

- After the returned item passes quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and approved.
- The refund amount will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- If the requested size or product is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer.
- Gift cards and customized products (if applicable).
- Items purchased under final sale or clearance offers.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.
